		<description>Hey Keith

O2 make my blood boil...! I am not a massive advocate for Apple, but I am pleased with my current iPhone, enough so to spend 4 hours this morning queuing up for the latest and greatest in what Apple has to offer in the mobile arena.

The day started off well at 7am and #29 in the queue at the N.Finchley (N.London) O2 branch, with lots of friendly banter all round.

The shop opened at 8am and it was downhill from there. To make a long story short, O2 IT system crashed and could not allow any upgrades but they could allow NEW (£££) purchases (Grrr...!) So #55, 63 etc jumped in front of me into the warm shop while I waited, and waited outside! Then all the 16 gigs got sold out to people who had probably queue jumped.

Then after 4 hours they took down the details from folks still left in the queue and said they would call with a reservered phone.

What really annoyed me is that it was only then that they mentioned that no upgrades had been processed all morning, meaning I was about an hour late for work for no real reason!

O2 sucks and I kinda feel Apple does too!

Rant over...</description>
